Do not send confidential or proprietary information via the Site unless we have a separate written agreement in place; unsolicited submissions may be used to respond to your inquiry and otherwise handled per our Privacy Policy.

If you provide feedback (ideas, suggestions, or improvements), you grant HRG a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use it without restriction, provided we do not publicly attribute the feedback to you without consent.

The Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, engineering, or legal advice. Decisions based on information found on the Site are made at your sole discretion. Engage HRG under a separate written agreement for advisory services tailored to your situation.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HRG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR, IF GREATER, THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12) Governing law & venue

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall survive.

15) Entire agreement; severability; waiver

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HRG with respect to the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
